Terms of Use.

These Terms are a contract between you and Blitz Voltage Media Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (no. 15482910) with its registered office at 14 Hanbury Street, London E1 6QR. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Blitz Voltage Media Ltd. References to "the Service" mean blitz-voltage.com, our mobile apps, newsletters and any related products.

By creating an account, subscribing or simply continuing to read the Service you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that you accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

Paid plans renew automatically at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. Introductory offers (for example "£1 first month") convert to the standard rate at the end of the promotional period. You may cancel at any time via Account → Subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds outside the statutory 14‑day cooling‑off period are issued at our discretion.

You agree not to: (a) scrape, mirror or republish substantial parts of the Service without a written licence from [email protected]; (b) use the Service to train machine‑learning models without our prior written consent; (c) bypass paywalls, rate limits or technical protections; (d) post unlawful, defamatory or harassing content in comments or letters; (e) impersonate Blitz Voltage staff.

All articles, photographs, graphics, audio and code on the Service are owned by Blitz Voltage Media Ltd or our licensors and are protected by UK and international copyright law. Personal, non‑commercial reading is permitted. For syndication, teaching packs or press use, contact our Rights desk at [email protected].

When you submit a comment, tip or letter you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free licence to publish, edit for length and clarity, and archive your contribution. You retain copyright. We may remove contributions that breach our Community Guidelines without notice.

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blitz Voltage Media Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, save that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts.
